This was one of the worse experiences we've had in the last few years...To start, the waitress brought out fresh baked bread, save for what looked to be a small piece of hair...ok, not a huge deal, we can pick it off and not eat that part...nope, turns out its about 2ft long and wraps over the partial loaf a couple times and is covered in melted butter, and the waitress acts like it's an inconvenience for her to get a different one. Fast forward to entrees. My wife and I both get swordfish (2 different preparations). When the entrees arrive, mine looks like a 1/2 inch thick slice of overcooked porkchop, hers is one of the actual swordfish steaks (1-2 inch thick) from the case, so after having to flag down the waitress she argues with me that it is same swordfish though it's clearly not. Fast forward to the bill. We are there eating with another couple before going to the movies who are members of their rewards club thing but low and behold the waitress had issues with their member card which had $50 in credit to redeem but instead of checking with them just ran their bill on their card, then requiring the manager to get involved and redo it all (and good thing we had planned to do something between dinner and the movie because this took over 2.5 hrs and they only had maybe 6 tables to attend in the restaurant), the food was ok but the only thing that was worth its price was the shark fin pie we got for dessert. Sadly, this is yet another restaurant that seems to be heading downhill.

We.were there to celebrate my son's birthday. Food was very good, hot...ice tea should have been sweeter...but waitress did bring more sugar / sweetener to the table. Overall a very good OCCASSION.

Great service! Excellent menu! The variety of seafod dishes is overwhelming. Highly recommended...
