3 stars represents a blended score. The owner gets 1 star (since that's the minimum you can give). On a typical day, you wouldn't have to deal with him as I never crossed paths with him in the studio in 9 months; however, he told me he was "sick of" me when I reached out to him to understand the repayment terms for the no-interest loan he was receiving from all members while he kept collecting membership dues during a lengthy studio closure. I solved both of our problems by cancelling my membership. You just don't disrespect your customers like that! The instructors at this location would get 5 stars for their genuine intent to inspire the customers. They ought to be empowered more to correct mistakes in the corporately deployed workout (e.g. 3 roundhouses in a row by the same leg) or customize a workout (e.g. class of 2 people, neither of which jumps due to injuries).

Just joined. I have never done any kick boxing before. I was looking to try something different. I signed up for their promotional 5 session introduction and I loved it so much I signed up for 6 months! This is it! This is a full proof, no excuses, cannot fail club. The instructors are extremely positive, high energy and fun. They make you feel right at home from your very first class. They help hold you accountable for your goals and push you to your limits. I'm on my 5th class and I can already feel a difference in my mind and body and soul! You walk in, and let it all out. It's like therapy and you get to punch stuff! All the members are also really friendly and it's a real "Team" feel. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!

They're only after your dollar. I called to cancel and was told that I had to pay a minimum of 4 months which was March 2020 according to Andrea. I agreed to that. Now remember everything was closed during the coronavirus pandemic from March through June. I Just heard from the owner/collections telling me because I didn't email them that I have to pay $186 + $125 for June and he also told me "I should've read the fine print" I JUST WOULD NOT!
