        South Amherst is supposed to be sewered now; construction was to take place in 2017 with hookups in 2018. LORCO even obtained a LGIF grant in 2014 to design the system. But here it is, the end of 2019 and not even one section of green pipe has been installed.

        Sent me a threatening letter saying I would be charged with late fees, possible shut offs and other ridiculous fees to get me up and going again. I was only 10 days late on payment, things happen around holidays. I will be late every month and hire an attorney if unjustified threats continue.
