        I would give this insurance company 5 stars, theyre very professional, clean office, polite and always return calls.. except for.. who they use for their roadside assistance.. Agero..I lost my car key and my purse was locked in the car with my extra car key inside my purse. I called their roadside assistance to help me at 6:30pm and they didnt show up until 10 o'clock the next morning. The tow truck driver was very rude and he opened my vehicle without notifying me that he had even arrived [he was suppose to ring my cell bc I was across the street] told me he couldn't find my keys and when I thanked him for showing up, he gave me a dirty look and left. Hope the insurance company has made a change with who they provide for their roadside assistance and I'll give them 5 stars.
