        We purchased a phone system a few years ago from Alan. He’s continued to offer tremendous service after the sale. He is excellent with follow up. He even repaired a forwarding issue on Christmas Day. We’ve been very pleased with our experience with Alan and Superior Communications.

        A few years back, we spent tens of thousands of dollars with Alan on a new phone system for our company only to receive terrible service after the sale. He often devalued my team and talked down to them, especially ones of the opposite sex. We couldn't take it any longer and were forced to hire another company to service our system. A few years later, one of the special components he installed went bad and our phones went down on a weekend. Out of desperation, we reached out to Alan for help and he again let us down by refusing to help us. It appeared he took pleasure in leaving us without phones all weekend. Needless to say, we cannot recommend him to anyone. ~Greg McAfee
