Ryan Homes at Creekside at Winding Creek

In one month itll be a year since weve moved into our new build and we absolutely love it! Overall its been a great experience! Little things to be addressed here and there but nothing major in our experience! The other GREAT thing is our neighbors!!!! We have THE BEST neighbors! We the sun comes out so does the neighborhood!

Our home is beautiful design wise, BUT we have had so many issues since closing 7 months ago. Our AC has gone out, our hot water and a leaking window in the basement. Each time we've had the issues, it's been the biggest inconvenience to us. We have even had to spend money on a hotel room a couple times. We have had 2 homes built with Ryan Homes and will not build with Ryan Homes again. Service: Home building

We chose to move from Beavercreek to Clearcreek Township to be closer to Dayton Christian. Winding Creek checked off all our requirements for a community, including the lower Warren county taxes and zero income tax! From the first day I walked in the model home and met Melissa, no matter how busy she is, she finds time to get you the answer to your question, as well as provide answers to questions you didn't know you had yet! They just broke ground on our lot yesterday (2 days earlier than scheduled!) and we are looking forward to continuing to work with her, Ann on the Finance and Kelsie our project manager! We are looking forward to calling Winding Creek "Home" in late May/early June! Service: New construction services

We were looking for a new home in the centerville area for the school district and to be closer to work and family. We met with a couple of realtors from the area and we decided to go with Ryan Homes after finding the floor plan that best fit our needs thanks to Linda, our realtor. We should be expecting our home to be finished around mid November. So far our experience has been great! Linda, our realtor, has been awesome to work with. She answered all of our questions and addressed every concern we had. Its nice to have someone pleasant and available to answer any questions helping us through this joyous yet overwhelming process but she definitely made it enjoyable. She helped us navigate through the different options and space in every floor plan. She met with us at one of their communities in Tipp City to see the model home of the plan we liked the most and explained to us the different options and upgrades available. We didn't feel like we were being pushed into a sale which was different than reps from the other builders we spoke with. This is only the first step in our journey and we still have ways to go before we're actually in our new home so I will be updating this review as we move forward but so far it's been great! We have known Melissa for a few years and recently re-connected with her when we learned of this new Ryan property. Melissa gave us great advise as to why we would want to wait and build in the new section, and the advantages of waiting a bit longer to do so. She was also instrumental in helping us find a great lot for our new home which we had previously not considered. Additionally, Melissa was able to guide us through the selection of the model we chose, and all the associated design additions. Our house has recently broken ground and will be completed in mid May. This is the second Ryan home we will have built in the last 19 years and have been pleased with not only our current home, but look forward to a similar experience with our future new home in Winding Creek.
