It's been a frustrating experience. I've had two appointments within a 4 week time frame. At my 2nd appointment I was given a sample medication and experienced side affects. Instead of trying another prescription, they are insisting I make another appointment. I left 4 voicemail messages over a two-week period with the nursing staff requesting a return call and no one has called me back. The doctor is scheduling 3+ months out. The doctor assured me this was an easy fix. It doesn't feel easy just expensive.

I arrived for my appointment two minutes EARLY despite a serious accident on my way there. The receptionist was extremely rude to me and the doctor said Id have to be squeezed in an hour later because I was late (I had not arrived 15 minutes EARLY). I could have waited but Id rather start the process over with another office than to allow this person to treat me.

Had a surgery by Dr.Evans that actually made things worse.I went to visit her office and explained that I drove as soon as I got off from work and hour away. Since only half of my paperwork was completed when I got there they acted like they didn't have the time of day for me. They said the doctor said I would have to reschedule. I was super upset due to the issues I've had after the surgery and the fact that she had no empathy... I won't be back.
