My two dog's love coming here and they are always so good with them. I get out of the car and they pull me to the door and when I pick them up, they don't want to leave. They feed and water to my schedule which helps keep them on their bathroom routines at night. I'm so happy we found this place, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any of the services they offer. My dog's love the grooming too!

PLEASE READ I believe I was the victim of fraud! I hope that by writing this review and sharing my experiences with this company, this will not happen to anyone else. On May 30th, I purchased the Fear Reactivity class for my dog for $275 online via the website. I called and spoke with the owner Angie 2 days later on June 1st to cancel because of difficulty in trying to schedule an apt. When I spoke to Angie on the 1st, I explained that I would like a refund and she said she would go ahead and process one. On June 8th, I contacted Angie again because I had yet to receive a refund. Angie at first said that it would take 7-10 days because of my bank and then she changed it to 10-14 days. This is not true. According to Paypal, the company can process a refund IMMEDIATELY, from their mobile phone even if they have the Paypal app. Once theyve sent the refund, it appears in my Paypal account and takes ONLY 1-3 days to transfer to my bank account. I waited another week before filing a claim with Paypal on June 16th. I called Angie one last time on June 19th to try and resolve the issue. She said that because I opened a claim, the money she refunded didnt go through. This is not true. Angie never sent a refund to begin with and I dont think she had any intention of ever doing so. I believe this company is struggling financially which is why the Centerville location closed. Today on July 7th, Paypal closed my case and ruled in my favor. According to the report, they attempted to contact Angie and the company but she never responded to the claim. I will finally be getting my refund 36 DAYS after I requested it. It is in my account and will take up to 5 DAYS to transfer to my bank. My advice to whoever reads this review is to avoid this company at all costs!! Its not worth the hassle to go through if you decide to cancel. Please, please find another trainer that is truthful and values their customers. However, if you decide to go with this company, pay via paypal or or with your credit card. Paypal and your credit card company will fight to get your money back and protect you from scammers should you have to cancel like I did. **EDIT** Im updating my review to address the response from the business owner below. 1. Yes, you are right in that you agreed to meet with me in Centerville. That was very nice! However, the whole confusion couldve been avoided if you had updated your website and google page to say that the centerville location had closed. That is misleading! Also, I decided to cancel because the whole experience was making me uncomfortable. You didnt just miss the one call from me on Monday. I called you 3 different times over the span of a week and left 3 messages to even figure out which class to buy. You never returned any of my messages. It wasnt until the 4th time that I called that I got a hold of you and we decided on the fear /reactivity class. After the last missed call on Monday, I had a bad feeling about you and your company and decided to cancel which is completely my right as a customer. 2. I spoke with Paypal and was informed that you NEVER processed a refund. I dont think you ever had any intention of doing so. Your business is struggling based on the other negative reviews that have been posted recently. Again, my advice to anyone who reads my review is to take your business elsewhere! There are other companies who will value you as a customer.

FRIENDLY UNTIL SHE ISNT My girlfriend and I booked with Angie. She was was friendly in the beginning but pretty difficult to deal with. She asked for the full payment up front which no other facilities do (we discovered later) but she seemed nice so we trusted her. We set a noon appointment and when the day came we called all morning and she didnt answer her phone until less than an hour before we had scheduled. When she answered, she didnt even know what time we had scheduled which was the final, of many other, small red flags for us. We decided to cancel and ask for a refund. This is where things really became difficult and much more apparent that she is unprofessional. She said we could have a refund. First it was 7-10 days to process a refund. Then, in the same conversation, it became 10-14 days. SPOILER ALERT! She never processed a return because we called PayPal and asked. As weeks and weeks passed, we had to call from 5 different numbers because she would ignore calls from the numbers she recognized. After battling with her for over a month, we finally won a claim from PayPal to get our money back. Maybe she is capable of good work. We never saw it but maybe. She does have some positive reviews. But if you are not giving her money or reminding her of what she scheduled, then you will be avoided at all costs. We were ignored, laughed at and hung up on. One of her locations has gone under. I cant believe this one hasnt yet..

CAN'T GET MY MONEY BACK / NOT RESPONSIVE I just read another review and I can't believe what happened to me has also happened to other people. I guess this is becoming a theme now... When I decided to contact this company, I did so assuming the Centerville location was still opened because that's what their website said, and still does! But that is not true. On 08/17/20, I spoke to the owner over the phone regarding my two dogs, and discussed the type of training I was looking for. I made a payment of $150 through PayPal for one of the dogs, and agreed to pay for the other dog once an opening became available. When I showed up for the first training session on 08/21/20 AT THE CENTERVILLE LOCATION, of course I was completely confused because the building is completely empty! I called the owner, and she then advised that they had to close the location due to COVID and they had not updated that on their website yet. One of the main reasons I contacted this business was because of their Centerville location. Despite the Beavercreek location being much further away than I would have liked, I still decided to proceed with the training services. Which is why I agreed to re-schedule the first training session to 08/28/20 at the Beavercreek location. I arrived at the Beavercreek location for the first training session. We spent 1.5 hours talking about training techniques. During this session, we also agreed to start training my other dog the following week. Because my other dog required a special type of training that would cost $295.62, she offered to not charge me for the first training session, and instead, start both dogs training session on September 5th. I made the payment in the office, which brings the total now to $445.62. On September 5th, I called the owner two times to confirm the time we were meeting at and left a voicemail. 30 minutes before the training session was supposed to start and I was walking out of my house, the owner texted me to let me know training had been cancelled due to the holiday weekend. Seriously!! The owner also mentioned that they were having to move from the Beavercreek location because they had denied the daycare services there we would be meeting at a local park the following week. Through our text conversation, I expressed my concerned about meeting at a park with two dogs that you were not familiar with, especially since one of them was very skittish and had tendencies of running away. I also expressed my concerns of where this park was located because I did not want to be driving any further out than what I was already planning on doing so. During this same conversation, I asked the owner to confirm what time we would be meeting the following week and at which park. I did not receive a response to these questions. On 09/11/20, I texted the owner again to confirm what time we would be meeting the following day and at what park. The owner responded back the same day at 10:52PM letting me know she had a sore throat and well see how I feel tomorrow. The following day, I again texted her to see if we were meeting, and she responded that she did not feel well and were staying home looking for new locations. Because it had been a month since I first contacted this company regarding training for my dogs and up until that point I still had not had worked on improving my dogs behavior, and not knowing where and if this new location was going to be, I let the owner know I was going to be looking for other training services and to please let me know what I have to do to get my refund. She texted back saying thats fine if you want to go that route. I have called the owner several times and finally last week she answered. She told me that she had already issued me the refund and was going to send me a screen shot, which if course she did not. To this day, I call her and it goes straight to voicemail which only makes be believe that she has my number being forwarded to voicemail. I guess the next steps is to get third parties involved and try to get my refund.

We go the Centerville location weekly for training and have for over 10 weeks now because we learn so much & my girl loves it. I just have to say something too, my dog is one of the one's that knocks over water all the time. She puts her paws in it and throws it out all over the floor, drives me crazy at home. They've never complained when we give it to her or when they have to clean it up but I understand why they don't leave it all over. We also started out training at the other location and I saw male dog's marking on thing's, so I get why they have fewer item's at this location. I can say, every time we've been there, it has been clean, dog's are taken care of and of course you have dog's barking, they get excited. If there's accident, which happens, has happened even with mine, they clean it quickly. These guy's are great & we're looking at daycare soon! We wouldn't do that if we didn't see them take care of the dog's ourselves and trust them.
