Went to them to fix my iPhone 7 screen, got a really good price and they were super nice and helpful. One week later I began having problems with the screen. I could not type certain letters on my phone, for example I couldst type the letter T. A few days later I got locked out of my phone and could not type in my password and was therefore locked out of my phone. My iPhone has now been permanently disabled and I have to go to the Apple Store now and get a new phone because the workers at apple are unable to fix the screen problems caused by this company. I called Cellular Connection and they told me this happened because I dropped my phone in between getting it fixed and the problems, however, I have not done anything to my phone. I spoke to another friend who has gotten their phone fixed here and a similar problem has happened to them. I am very upset and disappointed in the situation that has raised after getting my phone repaired at Cellular Connection.

Great people very helpful their technician is certified they do the job fast I took my 6S plus iPhone it was completely shattered and it was bent where nobody could fix it I bent in five stores nobody could fix it those are great people they fixed it in half an hour their technician took everything apart and and re-fixed the body of the phone and they put the new screen on it's working perfect I recommend and encourage everybody to go there they are the only cell phone repair place their technician certified i attached Photos for my phone thank you cellular Collection

great people and very helpful....broke my iphone 6s and they were able to fix with no issues. shopped around a little bit and was pleased with the amound of accessories they had. they got themselves a new customer. thanks a bunch
