Sicsa has been so caring and genuine they offer a discount for low income pet lovers and those on ssi, great staff always sincere and helpful .. these guys are truly a blessing to pet owners and are a great organization that is availble for the community as an a imal loving and medicsl resoure that otherwise i could not afford .. thankyou sicsa for all that you do !!

This was the most beautiful pet adoption facility Ive ever visited. The way they account for the animals well-being is superb. Ample visiting rooms. I love that the cats have a catio of warmer days and that the kennel dogs can choose to go in or out. The front desk staff was friendly.

Please never surrender your animals to Sicsa, if you change your mind with an even 24 hours, they will tell you theyre not comfortable sending the animal back to you and make up lies about why they are not. They put words in my mouth saying things that I did not say threatening to call the manager of my apartment building all because I wanted my animal back because they are a kill shelter once I did my research that I shouldve done before I took my cat, I found out they are a kill shelter. They have no heart they are not compassionate and they do not care, they told me my cat would take about a week to be adopted due to dental problems and something else that she made up clearly and my pet is already on the adoption list within one day not even a full 24 hours but she told me it would be a week before my cat would be put on the list there is no reason for anybody to give your cat to these people. They are keeping the animals not for the correct reasons and they leave them in a cage the entire day. ! All I wanted to do was go pick my cat back up so it could come home where its comfortable at and I cannot do that because they do not cooperate. Like I said they do not have any compassion. Do not take your animals there they act like theyre gonna adopt them, and then they kill them
