        Such a terrible place. They didnt know what they were doing! Scratch all my jewelry to do an acid test because they didnt have a good enough gold test machine, they both dropped my jewelry. Then to top it all off offered 2500$ less then coin and jewelry place in mall complex and didnt know about the coins in my jewelry no price for the diamonds. rookies, do not recommend going to them. EVER

        Wonderful experience as Laura helped me make decisions on my mother's estate jewelry! She was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated her sensitivity. I will visit the store again to implement her suggestions.

        I went to the Mall to get my watches sized and every place there either had no one available or refused to do one of them because it was not a brand they sold .My friend told me about Direct Jewelry and we went there. The owner greeted her by first name and was very pleasant. She happily adjusted all my watches and did them all cheaper than the fee to only do one at the Quick fix in the mall that didn't even have anyone working in the shop on a Saturday of all days. She took a bad day and made it awesome. On the way home discovered one was a little bit to snug and we went back and she put a link back in at no cost to my surprise. I am so happy that I found her shop and will be taking all my watches there in the future for adjustments.
