Liberty steel is a revolving door! This is NON STOP! The hourly employees are so frustrated from the turn over rate because of their obligation to train them. The HR department mainly focuses on using temporarily employees from temp agencies that come out of prison. This is a tax write off for them and liberty steel takes full advantage of it, they are stuck with dangerous conditions in the warren facility! I was a supervisor at another facility for 4 years and got transferred to 1st shift and realized the maganattude of chaos in this warren plant. For the first 3 months, I got the functionality of this facility which is a mess at a management standpoint! Highly not recommend starting here ! This is sad cause the original owner, senior, which I met on almost a daily basis always asked about me. I hope senior weller is doing well along with his wife.

Troop has an excellent history and leadership team. Through years of strong leadership, they have the equipment and facility to help serve Scouting and enable strong Scouting values in our young men.
