Father & Son Septic Services

The Older mean and angry older unkept and seemed to be drunk already at 8 AM and a young man, (possibly the owners Son came out to my home without notifying me first . I was awakened by the sound of a spud bar taping on my concrete septic cover. ( I can`t say anything bad about the younger boy. He was quite the well-mannered lad. I looked over from the back deck because I was not dressed yet and saw that they had broken BOTH my concrete covers. I called the old unkept man and asked what they charged now. (I had them do my septic tank 2 or 3 years ago. ) He said $380 which would be about 400$ after taxes, All I said was " Wow , the price doubled in a couple yrs.,'' He went balitic ,,shouting , you`re trying to Jew me down , your trying to jew me down. I said no I`m not. He yelled over the phone more and I got dressed to come out side. He was already to pull out of the drive, with out doing the tanks . I had my cheh book in hand to pay . The young Gent came out of the truck to Apologize for the old man, saying he was sorry, he`s just an angry old man. I`ll bring you out a new lid next week. ( they had a small inner cover that he gave to me. )I waited about a month or so, and finally called them. A rude lady answered and started screaming that my lids were already broken and slammed the phone down. I called the Other # and the Son (not the young man) answered. He claimed the lids had vapor lock and you have to break them to get them off. I had them both off a short time ago before they came out. CAN you believe vapor lock !!!!! That`s the biggest BS story I ever heard ! I`m a retired mech, and former race car/drag car guy. I KNOW WHAT VAPOR LOCK IS !!!The old man lied to him about the price he quoted me to him/ then out of the clear blue sky he let out calling me cuss words you would not believe ! and hung up. I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint. You should see the lies he told them. DO NOT EVER CALL FATHER AND SONS for septic services, Trust me !

This place is horrible! Run! They put in a new septic to the tune of $15,000 and I immediately had problems with my house main being blocked. I had Reliable come out and they said I need a whole new sewer put in for $9,000. Theres a crushed pipe 30 ft from the house. The Father and Sons contract says they replaced PVC from the house to the septic so this should hav ed been new pipe. It isn't. The Relianle guys put a camera down there and it's original pipe. I called Father and Sons to talk with him about what was going on and he yelled and hung up on me and now doesnt take my calls. Terrible service and lying on contract charging for pipe he didnt lay. Do not use them!!! Such a headache and most likely a court case.

Had an issue with my aerator shutting off. Gave them a call and they made time to come out and see me the next day and got me up and running very quickly. I requested an early morning appointment because I had to work. They arrived right on time (7:30am). Perfect!
