Needed to look at changing insurance companies. Called Roy Hogan, State Farm and Debbie took the call. She was great. From start to finish, she asked questions and listened to my needs. She gave me an apples to apples quote comparison and was able to bring my insurance down by over $100.00. She even offered me ways to save additional money, while still holding the same levels of coverage. I'm very satisfied with my change to State Farm.

I have been a customer here for longer than I can remember. Best insurance company out there. Debbie and Roy actually care about their customers and it shows by the way they treat them. They have went out of their way for me more than once to resolve insurance issues and that is something that is rare in this day and age.

We switched to this agent because of all the great CS reviews. They must get rid of all the real reviews, because we have had nothing but rude CS from this office. They don't know us from Adam, but have been nothing but rude, snippy and short with us the few conversations we've had to have over the phone. I never had the pleasure of meeting the office manager face to face, but she has treated me like I am a nothing but a pesky, unknowledgeable customer and rude insuree since the day we found it necessary to switch agents. My family has held state farm insurance for the past 20+ years. Our experience with agents in the last 6 months has sadly all but taken away every good experience we ever had with State Farm. I just want to ask one question....what did we ever do to you, except use the money we have paid into your system for the past how many decades? If we all want to be honest, State Farm should owe us for all the added money they still haven't had to pay out. But no. Because we question one bad claim, they treat us like trash, dump us like a hot potato, and their local offices treat us like dirt as we try to sort out why we are being dumped. Nope. I will not give this agent a good review. My few phone calls were enough to make me glad we were already in the process of switching to another insurance company. Bad on you, State Farm. Stop cutting corners in your CS departments.
