Kaylee home inspections (Tim) did a great job on my home inspection! I have had way more expensive inspections completed that were not as thorough as Tim. I followed him around a lot while inspecting and noticed he has an eye for detail. I called 4 different inspection companies and he was the best price and did not try and upsell me on anything or waste my time. My realtor recommended him and now, I too recommend him.

Tim is a true professional. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He lays out the home in simple layman terms and allows you to go forward with a clear thought out plan. The report is full of pictures and clear details so you can cite it without any problems. Kaylee Homes Inspection is a tremendous resource for any one buying a home.
