Haul Away Container Services

To say that working with Haul Away has been an awful experience is an understatement. Our dumpster was scheduled for pick up yesterday. I called twice to confirm the dumpster would be picked up and spoke with Bart. Bart is terrible when it comes to customer service, sounding annoyed with my questions, but did confirm that our dumpster was scheduled for pick up and that they pick up until sunset. It's currently 4:30 PM the next day, and the dumpster is still sitting in our driveway. No call to tell us that they were unable to pick up the dumpster. My husband just got off the phone with Bart, again. Bart's customer service has not improved to say the least. He was unable to give a time frame for when the dumpster would be picked up, and, before hanging up on my husband, said "why you gotta be such a d***". So, if you're into being called names and terrible customer service, by all means go with Haul Away. If you're looking for a professional company that delivers, I'd go somewhere else. Very much appreciate the Haul-away team dropping the container on short notice and picking it up just in time for my visitors to arrive. Couldn’t have been easier working with this group to get just what I needed.

Haul Away sold us a service and never followed through on the pick up date, and wouldn't respond to my numerous attempts contacting the business. The owner doesn't seem to care about customer service and provide the responsiveness to his paying clients in a timely manner. Would never recommend them, there are plenty of other services that will follow through on their promises.

Was quoted drop off between 10-12, nothing by 12:30 so I called to check in and make sure they could still deliver today and Bart said it would be there between 1-1:30 they were running behind. Okay I understand. 2:47 and still nothing so I called again and Bart said the driver was picking it up now and that he’d call when he’s 30 minutes out. 4pm and still nothing so I contacted another company would could deliver in 20 minutes for $40 cheaper on a larger dumpster. SOLD. So I called to cancel the one from Haul Away and he said the driver was on his way but he’d call him to tell him we cancelled. 5-7 minutes later I get a call from the driver saying he’s on his way and had to tell the driver myself that I was canceling and no longer needed. Long story short- I don’t recommend Haul Away but VERY much recommend Iconic Dumpsters LLC.
