      image Charged me my 6 month premium instead of my monthly bill two days before we went on vacation. I requested a refund. They were very apologetic but then charged me my monthly bill before the 6 month premium was refunded. Ended up paying $1600. Not a good time. Called Erie and now pay half of what I did with nationwide. Nice people but crazy premiums at this location.
