Very comfortable, stayed for 5 nights. Had an issue with the charge to the card, but it was resolved.

Convenient to shopping, low quality facility, outdated rooms, clean but smelly. Cool for a one night stay.

First of all they advertise that you do not have to pay anything up front however they took damn near $100 out of our account before we even got here. We traveled here from Alabama which is a thirteen hour trip and when we arrived it took the clerk about 35 minutes to figure out how to check us in. When we got in our room the remote for the tv half ass worked and the wall lamps were broken. On our second night when we arrived back at the hotel with an arm load of stuff in our arms our hotel key didn't work. They had to issue us another key because the first clerk only issued the key for one night when we paid for four. Later on the same night around 11 p.m the guest above us were being extremely noisy. I went to the front desk and told the clerk that they had woke my spouse and I and asked if she could ask them to keep it down. She told me they would settle down in a moment they were late checking in. 45 minutes later the same thing was going on. This time my spouse and I both went to the front desk. Both clerks were outside and one of them had their kid there with them. We asked if they would come inside to speak with us. She still would not do anything about these guest. We had to have her issue us another room for us to move to the next morning. If this is supposed to be a professional environment, why are the associates bringing their kids to work and the whole crew sitting outside smoking? Why do they advertise you don't have to pay upfront but take money out of your account anyway. They should put some people in there with quality customer service skills that are well trained. We will defiantly not be staying here again!
