Very frustrating experience. The ladies that work there were very friendly. However its kinda of a nightmare getting all the required documents needed for new renewal drivers license. Everything has to be original. NO copies. So I had to go back home and find originals and go back to town. We live out in country so its not a quick drive in and back. Got everything I needed, just feel like its over kill on whats needed for license now. Its not anyone's fault that works at license bureau, they're just doing their job.

After literally being SCREAMED at and told to get out at the Tiffin BMV today, I decided to give Upper Sandusky my business. What a breath of fresh air. Those ladies are very thorough & friendly. It is apparent that they enjoy their jobs. Thank you for all you do!

Wait is ridiculous long! Wearing a mask is pointless if you are getting a new license because you are asked to remove it for your picture. POINTLESS!!!
