        This whole process gets overwhelming being injured and dealing with BWC and the employer. I tried my best by myself for as long as I could and it became too much. Ever since I hired Monast Law office....all those stresses and headaches went away. Mr. Monast did more for me then expected and Todd and Wilma promptly answered and addressed every concern and question I had. Highly recommended.

        I was injured on my job the ordeal was on video. I ended with increase highten Anxiety, Panic Attacks along with PTSD. Not to mention my shoulder injury from being yanked around while trying to protect myself I had pain daily with not being able to do my daily task the pain was horrible radiating from my neck down my arm I had limited range of motion . Jim has been working with me. He calms me because it feels like I have entered in a horrific time in my life for doing what I Loved d doing taking care of people. Now I need someone to take care of me. Jim has been a super huge hero and his staff with guidance and being by my side. I cant Thank them enough.

The Monast law office is personable With clients, available to all clients, patient with clients, and highly knowledgeable in law. There has never been a time where Mr. Monast and his team was not available to assist me and address any concerns.         Both James and Todd were extremely helpful to me during a workers comp case that was really rough after an injury I had while driving. After nearly 2 years of fighting it they stuck with me the whole way and got me a resolution for it that was exactly what I needed! Not only were they a wealth of information but they also have continued to help me with additional issues that have arrived, I would highly recomend them to anyone that would ask for a good workers comp lawyer
