You know to all of you out there you do not have to put up with them there crap. Has anyone tried any kind of legal action against wayne homes. Just might be the swift kick in the ass they need instead of screwing or trying screw all of us over to make a buck. SHUT THEM DOWN NOW. Before they do anymore harm to what was a very good job market. Not just who can do it the fastest and for the least amount of money. This country has gone to shit and wayne homes is one of the ones in front leading the pack.

Moved into my home 8 and a half months ago then yesterday the platform leading the steps into my house from the garage collapsed on me. I was walking into the house when the platform fell and it caused me to twist my back. The platform completely came off the wall. My husband looked at it and discovered the only thing holding it up were nails nailed into the wall in front and nails nailed into the step in the back. If it weren't for the nails it would be floating in thin air. I guess we were lucky it lasted as long as it did. What kind of contractors would do such a thing? My husband and friend made legs to put under the platform in order to put it back up. Now I am in back pain and having trouble getting around thanks to their shoddy work.

Some of the worst work Ive ever seen. All around terrible experience. 6 months in my house and more issues than I can count. No accountability anywhere within the organization.

DO NOT BUILD WITH WAYNE HOMES. I would choose 0 stars if it was an option. I have been through 2 field managers, 2 location construction managers , chatted with the regional construction manager and 8 months later, I still do not have a completed 1400 sq ft house. A 4-6 month project, as quoted by the sales team, will actually take 9-10 months.
Every single step has been a complete disaster, including the fact that I am now pumping propane into a house that is not finished and to top that, there is no work even scheduled to be done! Half of the steps completed in the last 2 months were completed because of the babysitting and nagging I have had to do to a company that is supposed to 'build a house' for you.
Absolutely disgusted in the choice of building with Wayne Homes.
EDIT- 1/19/2023- Still not in my home, reached out to the Regional Construction Manager who did not return the call as he promised.
Don't let the reply's to these google reviews make you think that they make it right!!!!
