image I am deeply disappointed with the services provided by Edgepark. It is concerning that my daughter's secondary insurance keeps getting removed from her account without any explanation, causing billing and shipping issues. Furthermore, the delays in receiving essential items are unacceptable. Despite assurances of expedited orders, we are still facing pending items in her account. This ongoing problem with Edgepark not only affects my daughter physically but also emotionally. As a provider of medical supplies, Edgepark has a responsibility to ensure the health and well-being of its clients. We are disappointed and dissatisfied with Edgepark becuase of the issues with my daughter's secondary insurance, billing and shipping issues, and delayed items. I believe Edgepark should prioritize customer health and well-being. The frustration and dissatisfaction we experience is substantial, and if it weren't for insurance requirements, we would have switched to another supplier long ago.

image New customer, can’t say much regarding Edgepark , because placing an ostomy order is 95% impossible due to trying to communicate via telephone with a foreign dialect is terrible. I’m not condemning the foreigner, butt Edgepark management for not interviewing these folks for communication skills.

image I've just found out the my insurance has been denying billing of my supplies for 5 months now because of how Edgepark is billing. I've had no notifications to tell me there was a problem. Only found out when I logged into my new insurance provider to see why my first bill that I ever got for this year was so much. After calling Edgepark, then my insurance, then Edgepark again...they tell me they can't submit the claim to my insurance the way the insurance says it should be submittted to get the supplies paid for. Was also lead to believe that the one payement I did make for a 3 month supply back in October of 23 was for a 3 month supply. NO!! They send a 3 month supply and submit monthly claims to the insurance which means I'll have monthly bills due making it actually way more expensive than it would have been just sticking my local pharmacy. THE WORST!!!!

image This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They can’t after 10+ tries call my insurance to find I have my out of pocket and have no copay. I am changing to 180Medical that has over 4 stars. Edgepark has about two. Miserable.

image Type 1 Diabetic. Supplies always late. You have to call and confirm your order or they won't ship, so whats the point of ordering online? Got a bill for 11$ went online to pay and balance owed says 198.66. I'm set up for automatic payments on a payment plan so why am I getting paper bills in the mail?
THEN when I need to order a transmitter it says 30 day supply but it also says there is a quanity of 3?! One transmitter lasts three months. Its a 90 day supply and contains a quanity of 1 transmitter. No wonder people are confused. I hate this company. EVERYONE NEEDS TO GO TO AMAZON PHARMACY. They have Dexom sensors and transmitters!!! Easy!
