Very disappointed in lack of information and choices for prep patients are given. Under the guise of ,"this is the prep the Doctor likes" , they automatically prescribed the expensive tier 3 prep. There are less expensive preps, we have used them just fine in the past. But they jump to this one without informing patients of choice. We are now stuck with a tier 3 prep and over 100.00 dollars out of pocket, because pharmacy won't take unopened products back. They do not inform patients, makes you wonder if they get some kind of "kickback ", for using most expensive prep, not caring how much it cost patients.

Our Doctor referred us to this group, they never reached out to us to schedule the procedure. I called them and first they tried to give us a spot that someone had canceled that day. I agree but then Receptionist said she would call me back to make sure it was okay to schedule that time, never heard from her. I called the following day and scheduled yet a different appointment for the following week. I wrote everything down as Receptionist stated it. Long story short, my spouse shows up at scheduled time and the Receptionist was rude and said the appointment was at 8am not 8:20 and they would have to reschedule it. She clearly said 8:30 on Wednesday for the appointment. They are very rude! My spouse took a day off school to go to this appointment and we still don't have an appointment. He is suppose to have this procedure completed by the end of the year! No apology from the Receptionist at all, NONE! Never had issues in the past when Dr. Carrigan was there!

I have called office multiple times to get a simple question answered, but all I get is a recording and leave a message. I worked in medicine for 40 + years and communicating is at the top of the list.

I can’t review the doctor as I’ve only seen the PA in mid November who seemed ok. I had been sick for a couple of months and my family doctor recommended I see a Gi doctor. I’ve only been in Troy for around a year and all my doctors are in south Dayton. I decided to try a Troy gi doctor. I need to have a upper scope and colonoscopy done. As I left the office, I was told it couldn’t be scheduled because they were booked thru December. Here is where I made my mistake. The scheduler called me in a few weeks and set up Jan 9 at 230 with arrival at 130. When I got the paperwork in the mail, it said Jan 29 in the morning. The scheduler denied she told me the 9th? I know what I heard. I wrote it down and started planning for it as I would need a ride. They offered Jan 20 at a clinic in Tipp City. I am still sick and had to go to the er again over the weekend. I called the office this morning and was told I cancelled the Jan 20 procedure and I couldnt get an appt to see anyone in the office. If you are needing a routine procedure and can wait 3 mos, you are probably ok here but if you are sick, go somewhere else. Incompetency is rampant in the office and I hope the doctors have liability insurance that covers the office staff blunders.
