Huss Towing & Service

I highly recommend Jeff, Bob and his team. I call and get prompt attention and he works me in quickly. I've shown up and asked for them to look at something and Bob crawls under my Jeep to satisfy my concern and Jeff always works with my schedule to get my Jeep in. They are the last of the respectable shops in the Toledo area that I would trust to work on my Jeep or my mustang. They explain what is wrong (sometimes I don't get it) but I trust they won't screw me around. They work with my insurance company/extended warranty place and get things handled. All I have to provide is the vehicle. They are professional and listen and don't overcharge. So if ya need a good shop that really does care about you and your vehicle... you need to talk to Jeff/Bob at Huss. Thanks guys! Services: Car towing, Battery service

Waited over 3 hours for them to tow a car. I called them on the customs behalf. Seems a Walmart parking lot is much more than this towing company can handle. I sure DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL !!!! Even had the nerve to tell a lady ( owner of the car ) that she would have to come help them push the car so they could load it.....PATHETIC !!!!

I schedule a pick up no later than 11:300 today , no one come to pick up my vehicle and I called at 11:45 to find out eta they said it I have couple pick up head of me we ent the call , and I called the cancel the towing service no one answered, I left a message.I just receive a call at 9:00 pm today they are acting like I did not call to cancel earlier today . What a service keep it up !!!

Called my Roadside assistance Huss towing was the provider at 9:30am I was giving an ETA of 11:39am which was fine at 12:15pm I called they said they were running behind another 2hours so I got a way home left my car called again at 2pm again I was told another 2 hours now at 4:30pm called again at this time I was told after 6pm! Which is absolutely ridiculous!! The dispatch lady is rude horrible customer service! They called me at 7pm saying my car would be first thing in the morning when I was asked to leave my keys in the car for them to tow so I said something about my keys being in the car so after everything was said and done my car was not towed to the location until 8:40 pm! Never in my life have I dealt with such an unprofessional business almost 12 hours for a tow! Wow please do not use this company! Service: Car towing

Friendly service. And they took care of my vehicle. Really glad. I don't trust many people with my vehicle, but they gave me peace of mind.
