I really do love this shop. They will show you the issues, explain your car to you and the price is always fair and what you need. It’s always worry free which means a lot to me. Julius and crew have taken care of my Prius and Camaro for years now. A great shop with a phenomenal location downtown.

I stopped in with no appointment, with a tire problem. They took my car in right away offered me a ride home. I spoke with Julius who was amazing and so kind. The next day my son happened to have car problems. We spoke to Nick, he helped us right away. They have the best customer service I have ever encountered! I will be a lifetime customer!

The guy, Julius I believe his name is, looked at my vehicle the same day that I called, which was a plus, and called me the very next morning. When he called me he told me what was wrong with it along with the pricing. One thing he said was wrong with it were both control arms. I called for a tow to get a second opinion and the tow truck driver told me there was absolutely NOTHING wrong with the control arms. Once it got to the other shop the only thing that Julius at Monro got right was that it needed a wheel alignment. Julius charged me $1.5k+. The other shop got me together and charged me half the price. On another note, Julius at Monro, said that he'd help me out and what was I working with. I told him that I only had $800 dollars to MY NAME. He returned to the phone and said that he'd fix the left side, the worst side, for $700+. In other words he still wanted to break me. He wanted money so bad that he even suggested that I text a loan place that gives up to $3k. F🤬ck Monro!
