Doug's Discount Cellular

When I was there with a friend, Doug showed us his phone saying it was the newest and fastest phone out(the one he personally used). He offered to sell me one for $200 cash, half the price he was selling them for. Trusting him, I went back later and bought one as a Christmas gift. I later found out that same phone is three years old when I went to another Verizon store to buy a case. I Googled that phone to be sure and that Droid X2 phone I purchased is a three year old phone. I intend to file a claim with the BBB and never deal with that rude "Sara" again!

I bought my first smartphone there. The woman working was very helpful. I did have an issue with my screen within the first 4 days but I took it back and she replaced it with no problems. I'm also set up for auto pay and have not had any problems with that. I will continue to do my business with them. My daughter also goes there and is very satisfied. Thank you for making my jump to a smartphone so easy!!

Where should I begin with these people. Terrible from the start. First they charged money to my account multiple times that was not owed to them. It took my bank going after them to get the money refunded. They both act so nice the first time you meet them, but the second you buy from them and have problems they become the most rude people you will ever meet. I bought an Iphone from them that was overpriced first of all and second had a bad battery that they tried to make me pay for 3 months later! (I did not pay for it) They are extremely crooked, rude and uncaring to customers. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking for a phone. If you want to use page plus go right done the road to their store. Doug and Sarah are nothing but thieves looking for people that dont have time do their research and swindle them.
