We initially thought about remodeling our basement ourselves after having it waterproofed. But we began to realize the labor and time it would take for us to do it ourselves to refinish our partially finished basement. With one of us being a disabled veteran with back problems and it made more sense for us to call on Better Living Basements and to save our backs a bit. Jim B. came out and certianly helped us make our dream a reality and given we were on a budget he certainly wasn't the pushy salesman type and helped us develop a plan where we would be able to save some but also save some time. They are certainly very patience and very great to work with through the process. They have a great team of professionals. We are happy to have our "Family Room/ our hide away" back. We are very grateful and thankful for their services and their professionalism. Thank You!!
