Installation done in 2016, have had two leaks since. The first leak we had a lot of trouble getting repaired, and the second we can't even get them to respond, phone out of service. We do have a warranty on the roof. Service: Roof installation

In june of 2021 I paid Exterior Qualities $3,575.00 dollars down payment to re-side and replace rotting wood on my garage. Iwas told that work would begin in August 2021. When August came and went, I called them and they promised it would be done in September. Then October. Then November. Could not reach Them all winter. In the spring the owner called my wife and promised they would get on it right away. Nothing happened until August of 2022, When I demanded my money back, owner promised the money would be returned in a few weeks. It is now the end of November, 2022.The police have tried to locate the owner with no success. I now have to pay to file a civil suit to reclaim my money, but have been assured by the clerk  that unless they can locate this lying cheating bag of s**t, I stand no chance of ever getting my money back.

We had our house and garage reroofed and the job was done quickly, the crew were very concerned with keeping the old materials picked up and did a great job. We had our outside on the house done. The roof looks good, the windows are nice. We also had siding installed. Well needless to say, the siding is falling off and warping on the ends of my home. Tried e-mailing and calling them, with no response. We are not happy.
