        A relative of mine used this "retired" agent to sell their house. Unfortunately, after closing I learned that it was sold to a house flipper who worked with their own relative to make the deal. Can't say that it doesn't seem fair...but that isn't good business practice. Especially when the agent doesn't show up, or update the seller I'm a timely fashion. I think sometimes it's best to leave the antiques in the closet.
