        This Company is a joke. The manager (Chris Klaine) never returns phone calls when you want to talk with about a problem with the equipment that they are providing. They state that he cannot be contacted via e-mail or that he is busy, or out of town. When there is a problem with the equipment they will " write -up a work order and get it on the schedule" When you inquire when - "not sure - maybe tomorrow- we will let you know" Well they have closed for the day and Guess What~~~~~ no phone call. They may not think that a failure of portable Oxygen is an emergency - But a previous failure with their equipment put me in the Hospital for 4 days. As soon as i can get through the red tape to Designate my provider - - this outfit is history.
