Terrible, scammy experience. I was looking for a specific make and model of a vehicle, and found one online at Brown Mazda. It was at a good price, and after checking out others at other dealerships, I decided this one was the best choice. I called ahead and they said I could check out the vehicle but it would not be ready until the next day because it still needed an inspection. I went and drove it, checked it over, and was told while I was there that they had listed it in an online auction and it had met a reserve above their list price. I didnt negotiate bc I was paying cash, and put down a deposit to hold it pending inspection. Later that night the salesman called and said that based on the inspection, the breaks needed to be replaced and I would have to pay that out of pocket, which was an extra $600, which I reluctantly agreed to. I went to pick up the car the next day, was told verbally it passed all other inspections, and there was an inspection sticker on the window of the vehicle, with a check mark next to each section of the vehicle. Paid, left in vehicle, and drove home. Next morning the engine light is on, which I immediately informed the salesman of. I went and got it checked and the engine was misfiring, costing me an additional $700. When I asked about the inspection, the salesman said it was a basic inspection (NOT what he had said previously). When I asked Abt the inspection sticker, he said IT WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE PUT ON MY VEHICLE. This, in my opinion, is fraud, and I intend to pursue this in small claims court. They said they would do nothing to accommodate me or right the situation. All the stereotypes Abt car dealerships are 100% accurate at Brown Mazda, and Yark (who just purchased Brown) needs to really evaluate the people working at the previous Brown location.

I could see the salesmen sitting at their desks through the glass. Do you guys still come out and sale cars or do the person have to come in and buy one? Maybe it was too cold out I'll try back when it's warmer.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that they worked with us before we made the long trip there but soo worth it. (traveled from Michigan) Worked with Nicholas Pizzato and he was great. We love our vehicle and highly recommend Brown Mazda!

Bought my RSX Type S from Brown. I came from out of state and Chris was very helpful sending me photos when the car had just gotten in and making sure it got through service in time. He went above and beyond what I've seen from any other dealership and was a pleasure to work with. Everyone was very nice, no one was pushy, and everything went smooth. The car has been very reliable and I've very happy with it. My only gripe is they told me they did an alignment, but before I put new tires on I had it checked. It was WAY out. But overall, for a used purchase, I can't complain. 5/5
