The worst.  I ordered a box of meat and cheese for my 89 year old Grandmother for Christmas on 12/15.  Received two email confirmations and the order was supposed to be there by 12/24/16.  I called her on 12/27/16 and she had never received the gift - the same order I've been sending her for the past 5 years so she'd been expecting it and just thought I forgot about her!  Called Hickory Farms on 12/27 and they told me the product would be re-shipped and I would receive a refund - would take 24-48 hours.  It's been 48 hours and I'm on the phone with them AGAIN because I've not received an email that states the order was re-shipped nor have I received a refund.  Now I'm being told it takes 24-72 hours and they have another day!  Just the worst customer service and I feel like I'm being lied to by everyone I'm speaking with.  Just ridiculous.  I'm now being told it will ship out tomorrow and be there by Monday.... we'll see.  I'm sure my refund will not be processed either.

Horrible, ordered for my 93 year old friend for Father's Day and it didn't arrive for one week! It should have been there Father's Day and he went the entire day thinking no one was thinking of him. CSR was RUDE, Patricia, horrible person. Stated she didn't have a supervisor.....who doesn't have a supervisor? NO ONE! Don't ever use this company...they are more than unprofessional and turned out to be flat out liars!

Ordered a summer sausages gift for my grandson because he loves them...the package was left at the door by UPS and he never received his gift....I was given a refund by Hickory Farms but I would have preferred they redelivered and got a signature the second time....I have always used Figis and although they are NOT perfect - my gifts have always arrived........I just feel very disappointed but glad the refund process was easy. :(
