    Greatly disappointed in the floral arrangement for my brother's memorial service. Poor customer service. Paid for a premium arrangement and it did not match the picture on the website. We had to contact them more than once to register our concerns and get a response. They said it was nature and they couldn't do anything about the flowers not being opened. Really??? Not even a partial refund given to a dissatisfied customer. On top of grieving a loss, we had to deal with this poor customer service. Never again will we use Ken's!

    I should have gone with Bartz-Viviano... you live and you learn.I live in Brooklyn and send my mother flowers every year for her birthday, Mother's Day, you name it. I am always okay with the price -- more or less --but this last experience with Ken's was a tad unfortunate.My mother left the house and I called Ken's to see if I could adjust the delivery time since she'd just left. A rude woman answered the "customer service" line and informed me it couldn't be changed and that I was out of luck because they stopped delivering at 3pm. Okay, fine, but she said they would leave a note to mention they'd stopped by. They didn't. Then they delivered the flowers next day WITHOUT the proper "Happy Birthday" topper which was the whole point. The topper was there, it just said "Celebrate". Celebrate what? Mind you, these flowers, very small bouquet, cost me over $100 !!! Flower shops should be a tad more accommodating to unexpected schedule changes and at least be receptive to the needs of their customers. Ken's is not. I spend a lot of money yearly sending flowers to my loved ones in Toledo, but Ken's will never get another dime from me.Late, rude, and wrong. Go to Bartz!!!!
