      image I called to ask a question and the man asked me do I want to schedule an appointment - I said "no sir, I have a question" and he said - I don't have time for this, do you want to schedule an appointment ....
      Just completely disregarded the service that I may need - unexceptable - I am not sure whom I should call to report that, but that person does not need to answer the phone.
