High quality equipment with low quality service. Unfortunately the people who work as representatives for the company do not value their community or customers. One worker (Beth I believe her name was) felt it appropriate to insult my wifeâ€™s intelligence to everyone in the room. At the very least a staffing re-haul is clearly needed.
