Never have I been so disrespected by a company in my life. Lowes sent them out to my home to do a measurement and estimate. The guy did his measurements, went over the information with me, told me Lowes would get back to me in 48 hours with a quote.
Wife goes to Lowes to go over estimate and is told that this contractor refuses to tear away or haul old carpet because it is "covered in pet urine and feces!!!"
We bought our house 4 years ago. In that time frame, our dog urinated twice inside. It was promptly cleaned and we have shampooed the carpet 2 times since that happened. There is absolutely no way this is true. I will take my business elsewhere and 100% tell all of my friends and clients to avoid this company.

We purchased flooring at Lowes Sandusky, and Lowes arranged the installation. Ryan Fry and Casey Stull not only did an excellent install, but they were great to work with. They installed vinyl planking in 2 ½ baths, hallway, washer-dryer area, and one 13x13 room. They were here 2 days, were very professional but approachable, explaining everything and answering all our questions. We highly recommend them.
