Vanilla iced coffee is the bomb, however the last couple times we've been OUT of iced coffee??? Like how does that happen lol. Food is a bit pricey... but good for a quick bite. Coffee is good

I'm not a coffee drinker so this was my 1st time. I simply was getting a gift card and the employee was unbelievably rude to me for no reason. She didn't greet me at all just stood at the register and only said hi when I said hello. She wasn't very helpful at all about the gift cards..the way she spoke to me shocked me since I was there for something very simple. I'd understand if I was being difficult but I was purchasing a gift card only. Then she said i couldn't pay with cash and I said thats fine but stated that i found it werid that I had to pay with card instead of cash for said gift card, she said " NO ITS NOT!" Then walked away from the register into the back room without finishing the transaction another employee had to. This other employee was very kind. She told me the rude employees name was Brittany. I hope she truly understands how important customer service is and her behavior was not okay. Purchase date 3/19 @6:43pm Thank you
