She still has over 500 gowns and is always perusing the latest shows to make sure that they are carrying only the most beautiful gowns at an acceptable splurge for a dream gown! I went in on a weekend with my soon to be sister n law we were both looking for wedding dresses, i was let into the store,l i walked around looked at dresses and the whole time i could not get anyone to even spend 5 minutes with me, i seen a few dresses i really liked but the "lady" would not allow me to try on any dresses she said she had to help me.... after about an hour some young girl came up to me with a card stated she needed my name and number and they would call me when they got other dresses in I had cash to spend as did my sister, Guess I looked poor because they never called me or emailed me it has been six months who knows, I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY PLACE THAT JUDGES A BOOK BY ITS COVER... I HAVE A BA DEGREE AND A REAL ESTATE LICENSE SHAME ON HER...

We called ahead to see if they had a particular shoe in the store. The lady on the phone was very short and snappy, saying that she was too busy to check for us. Not wanting to cause a problem we said we would just drive in because they did carry that brand of bridal heels. Once we got there (30 minute drive) the entire store was packed and stuffy, nobody greeted us, and in fact we felt like we were a burden to the staff by simply walking in the door. The dress racks took up so much space in the tiny store that you couldn't even walk to the shoes without getting caught between several dirty wedding dresses. Once we finally found a shoe that the bride liked, we took it to the counter (because no one would help us) and waited while the lady in front of us tried her best not to make eye contact (we still felt like a burden at this point I was ready to just leave), finally after her customers all left she had no choice but to acknowledge out existence. She took the shoe size and looked for about five minutes until she got tired of looking for it and told us they didn't have it in stock. This whole ordeal lasted about 3 hours and could have been avoided if they were willing to help their customers over the phone. They seriously fail at customer service. We will not be back. Gallippo's Bridal will no doubt be out of business with the way they treat their customers. Consider yourself warned!
