The Hampton Group are wonderful renters. The apartments are very clean upon move in. Fresh paint, shampooed carpets, polished fixtures etc. They are very prompt at addressing any issues I have had. Broken toilet float fixed the same day. Broken water heater fixed within 12 hrs. Not to mention the landlord I have will always accept or return your call within about 10-15min. I live in Ohio and the Hampton group is located in Indiana. Between the landlord, myself and the group in Indiana we were collectively able to resolve an issue within hours. (My issue that they understood and helped me with). I would strongly recommend renting from the Hampton group to any of my friends or family.

First off - would have never moved from this residence if our family wasn’t expanding. Townhouse style apartment was close to the highway, ten to fifteen minutes away from everything, the neighborhood is very nice & safe. The few times I had a problem the landlord was always easy to reach & would give a one to two day appointment time if he couldn’t do it same day. In over two years there never saw PD at a residence. FD has quick response times (for the neighbors I grew to know - some who have been there 10-15 years). Kids feel safe & trick or treating is still a big deal in this town. The school system is spectacular & has some great local restaurants too. This rental came at a time in my life when I needed the best bang for my buck. I know it’s a “business” but they truly provided a great service when I needed it the most. Thank you!
