One-sided place, the head lady of the place oversteps her job duties, especially since other party is connected to them/have some type of influence in the community. They need to learn their place and do their job. Not worry about anything else. They also try to change times a lot to benefit the residential, which has no best insurance for Child at Heart, Its for their own good when its supposed to be all about the child right?
Pending who the other party is and if the have ties do not trust them better walk on egg shells and dont break them lol
I believe they are not fair and document what they want more on me blah blah blah they act like they live with the child but only see them 1 mins during exchange but they just know everything lol that goes on with the child . Dont get me wrong there are a couple ladies there (Kathy is awesome makes you feel welcome very loving and friendly) that are great and it is a great place to drop kids off if there is a real situation with parenting, some parents should never be alone with any child or if the other party is violent then yeah sure but some people use PW because the Boyfriend/girlfriend is insecure and jelly guess you can say miss use/ manipulation of the system lol . Me personally beside never have to see the face all the time and deal with childs mother great place to exchange but honestly in my case its not needed it just just to benefit the other party and keep me out of the picture but between the line it only hurts the child , if I was idk 7 years or older Id be embarrassed to go there and have to deal with it all what people cant be adults these days? Just remember the

I have nothing good or positive to say about PW at all. Wish their was a negative star.

Staff needs to communicate with each other better about phone calls ....

Rude. Unprofessional. Thinks they are above court orders and the law. Does not follow holiday visitation if its an inconvenience to them. Take side of custodial parent every time. Refuses to take complaints seriously and fails to report incidents even though they are mandated reporters.
