        Im grateful they fixed my pipes... im angry i was charged days later for 137 for them just to come in 5 minutes and turn a knob for my pilot light. I should have google it. I feel like a fool for that. Granted the Columbian gas man said he turned in on originally so i called and left a complaint and an email over the fact Columbian gas lied in the first place about turning my hot water back on.

      We completed our job on 2/6 and had no control over the fact that Columbia gas failed to turn the water heater gas valve on. We then had to respond on overtime on 2/10, out of town, to restore hot water. We charged a base OT service call for a Saturday, trip charge for out of town and then the credit card fee, resulting in the $137.
