Does Dr.Wilson need to repeatedly feel the skin under my chin?Secondly,I don"t anticipate getting a front tooth getting knocked out.Was that atatement supposed to mean something to me?

The whole staff is amazing with my family and take time to get to know you. They did a wonderful job introducing going to the dentist for my toddlers.

Being new to the Tiffin area I needed a new dentist for my daughter. I found dr. Wilson was close to my home so I thought -well let's go there- it's all good reviews. We've been there for a couple visits over a year or two and then the last time I had her in there the doctor was out of line. He told her loudly that she should be ashamed of herself because now she has his other kids scared for "no reason". She was 5 and crying because she was scared. He came at her mouth with instruments to fill a cavity without telling her what he was doing. She had tooth pain and she did her best to be brave, his bedside manner when dealing with a child must have been elsewhere that day. He shamed her loudly three times. That only made her continue crying because she felt bad. I stared at him dumbfounded while he was shaming her publicly and loudly. That was completely unexpected. I walked her out to the car and immediately told her that under no circumstance did she do something wrong. This was the first time I went back with her. I can't say with 100% certainty that this was the first time he had been out of line. I switched dentist's immediately.
