I AM CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT THIS PLACE IS A DUMP!!!!!!DIRTY NASTY SMELLY, THE ATTENDANT SMELLS LIKE THEY HAVEN'T SHOWERED IN WEEKS THE BREAKFAST FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. THE WASHER AND DRYER WAS BROKE THE SHEETS AND BLANKETS SMELLED LIKE SOMEONE ELSE'S BODY ODOR. I SEEN A COCKROACH RUN ACROSS THE WALL AND MOLD IN THE BATHROOM. A DISGRACE Noteworthy details: This place is a dump! Someone needs to call the health department and shut this place down!!!!!!

The rooms are newly renovated but the cleanliness is not there. Disgusting. Stains on the walls, dirty towels, stained pillows, the rollout had chip crumbs and hair on the mattress. Even the attendants shirt was completely stained with grease and the others had bird poop on it. Shower had cold water.

Preface, I realize it could have been worse, however, the lack of care and hospitality was prevalent in our 2 night stay. At first glance everything was fine, it was just a place to sleep while we were in town for a cheer competition. After getting settled in we noticed a few "off" things..the door handle to our room was lose and took some finessing to get the door to unlock. The rooms were not super clean - there was food crumbs on the floor under the night stand between the 2 beds and hair in the shower - we had not eaten or showered yet.. after the first night, we were at the cheer comp all day and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned. It's been a while since I've stayed in a hotel, but I always thought they cleaned the rooms unless you requested them not to. They also had signs stating that they only changed the sheets and towels every 3 days unless you specifically requested that they change the sheets and bring clean towels ... it was a weird experience. The staff didnt seem to care of the guests were happy or not. Not inherently bad, just not great either. Definitely won't be staying here again.
