Initially the office staff was untruthful about certain questions. Aware that they were being less than forthcoming, confronted the Dr. about it and he told me it was just his policy. Maybe office staff should have told me that instead of lying. The Dr himself did not spend much time with you upon your visit yet routinely charged for a full 45 minute visit even if you were only there 10 minutes. Also disliked that the lab visits and Dr. visits had to be done separately. Previous Drs. I've had only made you come in to discuss abnormal lab work. I live 20 minutes away yet would have to schedule an appt. to have him tell me nothing was wrong. Neither my husband, nor myself were satisfied.
