Received a phone call and was told to call back at the ONLY number made available to the public and given an extension to call. I am 70 yo. and babysit 5 days a week, 8-5. I have called repeatedly for 4 business days with a consistent busy signal. I find this to be extremely rude for those not able to come to the courthouse with 2 small children when a simple, uncomplicated call would allow me to call back. I was told to call and ask for Jeff at ext. 118. Jeff is not my problem. Getting to Jeff’s extension is!!! No business phone to a courthouse should have a busy signal all hours, every day.
