Ive worked in this mall for over a year. And every time I come to Taco Bell, it is the most unprofessional place in our entire food court. Today I had to wait 10 minutes for A taco and A chicken quesadilla. Got back to my store to find out they gave me a completely different order. Went back to explain that not only was the item I got wrong, but they missed the freaking taco I ordered. The guy literally argued with me. Saying they make them differently and thats definitely my order. Um, where is the taco? So, with an attitude, he made me a taco, offered no apology, handed it to me, and went back to the kitchen. So sorry that I, as a paying customer, cut into your social time, considering there a group of teens talking to the prep line, which is why nothing they do is ever right up there. I wish theyd shut it down already.
