I booked a couples massage (we booked 90 minute massages) for my fianc and I that we attended today. The total was 276- which includes a 25 dollar tip for each massage therapist that we left. When I called I specifically asked if I could fill out the forms online prior to our appointment- the receptionist had no idea, then told me it would be emailed to me- I then asked how that was going to happen when she didnt ask me for my email.. she then recommended we come in early to do the forms. Everyone was relatively nice. My massage was nice as my fianc wasnt thrilled with his at all. While during his massage the therapist kept going on about how often he should be coming, which transitioned into the membership sales pitch when we were done. Then we check out, listen to this sales pitch on member vs non member pricing, which she suggested I take a photo of- wouldnt you want to hand a client a print out of the pricing. Once we get to our car, and looked at the time and realize we should be just then finishing our massage. When you book and pay for a 90 minute appointment that what you expect to receive- my bank transaction was processed at 5:26 my massage wasnt supposed to end till 530, then us get dressed and then check out. All that happened prior to our appointments supposed to even ending. My fiancs massage therapist even checked her phone several time throughout the appointment which we found extremely unprofessional. I opted to give two stars for the sheer reason that my massage was decent and the facility appeared to be clean.
