PLEASE do yourself a favor and take your computer here. If you live in the Cleveland area, and are experiencing computer problems, this is the place to go for reasonable prices and a great job.

Well, let me first start out by saying that I am typing this from my old but now new computer! My computer had completely crashed after some problems, and Ken was able to completely recover everything that I needed recovered. I truly don't think I would have received the same service at any other company, mostly due to the fact that Ken really understood how upsetting the situation was and did a great job in restoring my computer. Not only did he re-install everything that I needed from my old computer, but he also back it up on a separate hard drive that I had brought. If you are looking to have your computer fixed or if your computer completely crashed as mine did, I highly suggest taking your computer to Slot Logix. On top of the great service, the price is also very reasonable compared to other computer places.
