Trust me my case had some interesting factors, but he stayed in touched and literally walked me through the entire process, from pre-approval to closing, providing much needed insights, especially since I was new to purchasing a home.

I would never recommend Michel from this office . Michel was so unprofessional and inconsiderate . She was very uneducated, she completely ruined our whole experience. I was astonished at the fact that she is so hard to get ahold of . It almost seems like she doesn’t do her job , at all . When she would eventually respond she would never have answers or helpful information for us . Michel would constantly repeat herself and make excuses for her not finding out information . Very disappointed that this company would have multiple people dissatisfied with just one employee of theirs.

Michel was amazing to work with!! I was just starting a move into Ohio from out of state, and she was there every step of the way! It was a great experience all the way!
