After a major storm came through causing a power outage, we discovered our pump and pressure tank would not turn on, leaving us with no running water. We called Crabtree Well on a Saturday evening at 11 pm and they immediately answered and arranged for someone to come out first thing Sunday morning. They called by 8 am the next morning and responded within the hour. We appreciate their prompt, friendly and professional service and would definitely use them again. I gave Crabtree a call at 11:30 pm on a Friday night because my sump pump died and my basement was flooding.  Their calling service picked up and they took a message and promised someone would get back to me promptly the next morning.  Sure enough Todd gave me a call they came over the next morning and swapped out the sump pump with a new one.  He was professional and did a great job for a reasonable price.  What more can you ask for.  I highly recommended Crabtree.
